Otter is hiring a Software Engineer for its Customer Lifecycle team to build and own the merchant platform and services that support restaurant signup, onboarding, self-serve growth, offboarding, and lifecycle cleanup. The role requires production backend development in Java or Go, distributed systems, microservices, API design, database work, and experience operating services in production. It is an onsite, full-time position in Mountain View with a base salary of $176,000 to $242,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
