Description
The Data Engineer will build and optimize data pipelines, manage databases and data warehouses, support cloud migrations, perform exploratory analysis and visualization, and collaborate with engineering, domain, and business teams. The role is primarily remote for candidates based in California or the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for an active Secret security clearance or above. Required qualifications include SQL, relational databases, ETL tools, cloud platforms, programming, software engineering, version control, and data migration experience; preferred qualifications include a relevant degree, NoSQL or graph experience, cloud certifications, Spark or Hadoop, and containerization knowledge. The salary range is $102,850 to $170,000.
