Description
Base is hiring a Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure to design, build, and operate backend data systems that ingest, transform, and serve telemetry, market, manufacturing, and grid-operation data. The role owns data pipelines, data modeling, data integration, data quality, observability, and scalable data architecture, working with software, hardware, markets, and operations teams. It requires at least five years of data or backend engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with data warehouses, lakes, streaming systems, orchestration frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code.
