Google is hiring a Software Engineer to develop and enhance infrastructure for streaming data within the Sources group of the Data Movement Platform. The role involves writing and testing product or system code in Go, Java, or Python; participating in technology design reviews; contributing documentation; and triaging and debugging issues affecting hardware, network, or service operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of software development experience, experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, software design and architecture experience, and software system architecture experience.
