Description
MAI is hiring an early Software Engineer to build and operate its data platform for AI agents. The role owns batch and streaming pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data models, governance, security, storage performance, monitoring, and data quality; partners with ML, marketing operations, and product teams; and contributes to documentation and best practices. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, experience with data pipelines and cloud platforms, SQL and schema design, Python/Java/Scala, and data security and governance knowledge. The position offers a base salary of $160,000 to $225,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) program.
