Description

Mind Robotics is hiring a Software Engineer to build and productionize the application-layer data platform that ingests, validates, curates, and labels sensor data for robot training. The role involves developing pipelines and tooling for field and teleop data, automatic quality checks, annotation workflows, data-quality metrics, and automated computer vision and vision-language labeling. It is an early-stage, hands-on 0-to-1 engineering position reporting to the Head of Application Engineering, with a requirement of at least two years of software engineering experience building production systems.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of software engineering experience building production systems

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with sensor data and infrastructure for processing, validation, and labeling at scale
Experience with streaming or near-real-time data pipelines
Familiarity with ML data workflows, including datasets, labeling, and evaluation
Experience running or integrating computer vision or vision-language models
