Encode, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to support a new software engineering initiative involving CI/CD pipelines and AI tools. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, debugging, integration, documentation, process improvement, research, and project and supplier management. The position is physically located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, requires onsite work, and offers no relocation. A bachelor's degree with at least three years of software engineering experience or a master's degree with one year of experience is required; experience with modern hardware-in-the-loop techniques or AI tools and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance are preferred.
