Harvey is hiring a Software Engineer for its Developer Experience team to build and scale foundational platforms that improve developer productivity and reliability. The role focuses on CI/CD systems, test and load-testing frameworks, development environments, container and infrastructure-as-code technologies, and integrating AI agents across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with backend platform and engineering teams, establishing developer-experience roadmaps, and providing technical leadership and mentorship. The position requires at least seven years of software engineering experience, strong backend and distributed-systems knowledge, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing, containers, and infrastructure as code. Compensation is $231,000 to $340,000.
