Description
Neo4j is hiring an Engineer for its Aura DevEx team to improve developer experience for the Aura SaaS and cloud platform. The role partners with Software Delivery and platform teams to help engineers build, test, and run changes in Aura, while improving workflows, documentation, CLIs, and developer-facing tools. It also maintains AI agent skill files and instructions, evaluates AI workflows, and helps teams adopt AI in their development process. The position requires Golang, software engineering, Kubernetes and container literacy, modern CI/CD and Git workflows, and clear writing; it is hybrid and does not require deep operator or control-plane work.
