The Boeing Company is hiring an experienced or senior Software Engineer / Developer for its Phantom Works Advanced Mission Planning team in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The role designs, develops, tests, and maintains non-embedded software for autonomous systems, translates customer requirements into software designs, leads junior engineers, performs architecture and interface work, and supports system and flight testing. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of software engineering experience, C++ and autonomy or robotics experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance post-start. The position is 100% onsite, offers relocation, and provides a summary pay range of $126,650 to $171,350 for experienced candidates and $160,650 to $217,350 for senior candidates.
