Description

Millennium is hiring a Software Engineer - Digital Assets Trading to partner with digital assets leadership on data providers and platform roadmaps, integrate real-time and historical digital asset data, build data-quality and resiliency solutions, and develop order management, trading, reconciliation, and risk platforms. The role also supports ad hoc analysis and requires Python, AWS, large-scale data processing, financial-instrument knowledge, and AI/ML integration experience. The position is based in New York with an estimated base salary of $175,000 to $250,000.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of hands-on Python experience writing reusable, efficient code for analytics and data processes
2+ years of experience deploying and managing AWS environments for data pipelines and intelligence services
Experience processing large structured and unstructured datasets with quality and resiliency controls and managing connectivity to data vendors for 24/7 systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building scalable, reliable data pipelines with Snowflake and Airflow
Broad understanding of financial instruments, with equities, fixed income, or commodities exposure, and a passion for digital assets and cryptocurrency
Hands-on AI/ML integration across the software development lifecycle
