Valinor is hiring an Embedded Machine Learning Engineer to adapt, evaluate, and deploy computer vision and machine learning models on constrained wearable hardware. The role involves optimizing model accuracy, response time, memory, and power; building Python and C++ software connecting models with cameras, sensors, and device functions; prototyping and debugging with hardware engineers; and contributing to glasses and companion-application features. Candidates need hands-on experience with physical-device software, ML-model development, and programming in C++, Python, or a comparable language, while experience with embedded Linux, firmware, model optimization, or hardware accelerators is helpful.
