The client is hiring a Software Developer for a contract, 100% onsite role in Sterling Heights, Michigan, supporting embedded application software for a new ground combat vehicle program. The position covers requirements analysis, architecture and design, coding, testing, integration, debugging, releases, and collaboration with Systems Engineering and Software Quality. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 1–4 years of related software development experience, and experience with embedded systems, vehicle networking, middleware, Agile processes, and related technologies. The role may require occasional evening or weekend overtime and travel of up to 10%.
