Infleqtion is hiring a Software Engineer to build reliable, high-performance atom-based quantum technology systems across embedded Rust, gateware integration, system-level APIs, communication layers, and higher-level application interfaces. The role collaborates with hardware, FPGA, firmware, physics, and software teams and may contribute to frontend tooling and visualization. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, exposure to Rust and/or C++ embedded development, embedded Linux, hardware/software integration, communication interfaces, and systems programming; experience with scientific instrumentation, high-reliability systems, WebAssembly, RTOS, or bare-metal development is beneficial. The posted salary range is $131,000–$231,000, with comprehensive company-paid insurance and other benefits.
