Fluidstack is hiring a Facility Controls Software Engineer to build and own the facility-side energy-control contract for gigawatt-scale data centers. The role covers real-time load control, messaging and state layers, data contracts, constraint execution, observability, and autonomous deployment. Candidates should have experience with high-throughput messaging systems, time-series databases, production observability, and reliable service design, with Go, NATS, Redis, industrial protocols, Kubernetes, and real-time control systems listed as bonus qualifications.
