Description
Motional is hiring a Software Engineer for its Engineering Enablement team to build and evolve internal platforms, services, toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and developer productivity tools. The role partners with engineering teams to identify workflow bottlenecks, improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience, at least two years of software engineering experience, and expertise in modern programming languages, Unix-like environments, CI/CD, cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and software development lifecycle practices.
