Description
Coder is hiring a Backend Engineer for its Enterprise Experience team to build and ship features that help administrators and operators run Coder in production. The role covers database migrations, observability, reporting, audit, security, scalability, production issue resolution, documentation, code reviews, RFC discussions, and on-call participation. Candidates need at least two years of professional software engineering experience, Go experience, knowledge of Go concurrency, SQL and schema migrations, strong communication and debugging skills, and an analytical approach to technical challenges.
