GovTech is hiring an E&P Software Engineer to build internal tooling and platform solutions that help 54 agency CIO teams adopt software delivery, security, testing, observability, operations, and governance practices. The role spans problem discovery, solution design, development, pilot validation, and scaled delivery, with responsibilities including architecture, code reviews, CI/CD reliability, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent ability, 3–5 years of software engineering experience, modern programming skills, cloud-native and containerization experience, AI/LLM integration experience, hands-on AI coding-agent experience, data analysis ability, and strong communication and systems-thinking skills. Flexible work arrangements are offered subject to the role.
