GROPYUS is hiring a Software Engineer (PLC / OT) to join its Product Delivery team and evolve manufacturing software that connects digital models to physical production. The role involves understanding existing PLC and OT code, modernizing architecture toward Software Defined Manufacturing, supporting simulation of manufacturing orders, monitoring uptime and performance, and troubleshooting software during factory operations. The engineer should have experience with PLC or other OT technologies, large-scale software or OT systems, and operational SLAs/SLOs, with PLC programming, robot programming, OPC-UA, MQTT, and Python/C++/C# as relevant technologies. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible hybrid work, and travel to the Richen manufacturing site when needed.
