Rogo is hiring a Backend Software Engineer for its Factory team to own internal services, pipelines, agents, data integrations, provisioning, onboarding, and customer lifecycle systems. The role involves building production backend services and APIs, integrating heterogeneous systems, developing reliable AI agent workflows, and measuring operational impact. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least two years of professional backend software engineering experience, strong TypeScript, cloud and database expertise, and demonstrated experience with production LLMs and agent workflows.
