Avantos AI is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on React and Next.js frontend architecture, with backend contributions in Golang as needed. The role leads frontend architecture and experience design, integrates with backend services, collaborates with product and design, influences architecture and engineering standards, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least three years of production web-application experience, expert React and Next.js knowledge, strong API design skills, and familiarity with performance, caching, hydration, bundling, deployment, and developer experience tradeoffs.
