Description
InstaLILY is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end design and delivery of features across backend services, agent infrastructure, APIs, and customer-facing web interfaces for its AI agent platform. The role is client-facing, involving technical discovery, customer collaboration, deployment support, architecture presentations, quality and reliability work, and mentoring junior engineers. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of full-stack software engineering experience, fluency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL, and production experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD. The position is based in New York with offices in San Francisco and London, offers a $150,000–$190,000 annual salary, equity, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
