Dezign Concepts is hiring a Software Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia for a full-time role supporting a backend development team focused on middleware and backend services. The position requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph, U.S. citizenship, at least 5 years of hands-on back-end Java development experience, and at least 3 years of experience with Solr or Elastic Search plus big data tools such as Hadoop, PySpark, Spark, and HBase. The role involves schema updates, Lucene querying, shard knowledge, and performance/query optimization, with optional experience in AWS, JIRA, and GitHub.
