Description
The Associate Software Engineer will participate in designing, implementing, and testing firmware and software systems; collaborate with Hardware Engineers on hardware-software interactions; prepare and maintain design and test documentation; and mentor Associate Engineers and Technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, typically at least two years of experience in embedded systems, Windows GUI applications, or embedded Linux systems, along with strong documentation, communication, teamwork, and learning skills. Preferred qualifications include industrial controls, power systems, communications protocols, circuitry, signal processing, and project management. The position offers a pay range of $81,300 to $122,000 and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
