Description
Ema is hiring a full-stack AI agent engineer to design, build, evaluate, launch, and operate production agents that perform mission-critical work across enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Teams, Slack, intranets, voice lines, and email. The role works directly with enterprise customers, extracts business processes, and contributes reusable platform patterns. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant engineering experience, strong backend fundamentals, proficiency in Python and Go, customer-facing communication skills, and a builder’s mindset; LLM systems, agent tooling, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, enterprise application integration, and distributed SaaS experience are preferred.
