Google DeepMind is hiring a Software Engineer to build and enhance serving solutions for Gemini models, develop infrastructure for large-scale streaming and specialized audio logic, ensure production quality through debugging and monitoring, and drive short-term technical vision and roadmap planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with three years of experience, plus three years of experience in productionizing large language and multimodal models, ML infrastructure, C++ software development, software testing, root-cause analysis, and software design and systems architecture. The position reports to the Google office and may allow a hybrid schedule, with a US base salary range of $193,500 to $253,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
