Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Generative AI for Google Docs to build full-stack Generative AI features, evaluate and iterate on AI models, develop machine learning systems and client-server software, and deliver high-quality user-facing capabilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, and extensive experience leading machine learning design and infrastructure, testing, launching products, and applying Generative AI techniques. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
