Description
Coupang is hiring a Software Engineer to design and own the Global Mobility data infrastructure from the ground up. The role will build a greenfield AWS Data Lake, consolidate ETL pipelines from relocation, visa, vendor, and payroll systems, create multi-country routing logic, and enable BI, reporting, and process automation for HR operations across Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. The engineer will own architecture, infrastructure, data quality, monitoring, tooling, and operational runbooks while working with the Director of Product Management. The position requires 3+ years of production software engineering experience, Python or Java expertise, AWS and database skills, and 1+ year of ETL/ELT experience; it is a full-time regular position with a 12-week probation period.
