Schuberg Philis is hiring a Software Engineer (Go) to design and build reliable, data-intensive backend systems in a small team of experienced engineers. The role focuses on Go concurrency, large-scale data processing, production debugging and profiling, automated testing, software architecture, and ownership of software from design through deployment and operation. The codebase uses hand-built Go services, worker pools, Redis queues, encryption, and AWS infrastructure, with a preference for engineers who understand low-level systems and complex, unfamiliar code.
