The role involves designing AI-driven solutions, developing application prototypes, tuning and benchmarking models, building technical assets, collaborating with product and customer teams, and supporting regional field enablement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of software development experience, cloud AI architecture experience, RAG and vector-database experience, customer discovery experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph. The position offers $174,000–$252,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
