Neuralink is hiring an HIL Test Engineer to own the hardware-in-the-loop test system for its next-generation surgical robot. The role involves building and maintaining HIL test infrastructure, writing automated integration, timing, fault, and bring-up tests, defining acceptance criteria, integrating tests into a CI pipeline, and owning release-gating and fault-reproduction activities. The position requires strong Rust and Python skills, experience with HIL or system-level verification, debugging of concurrent and timing systems, automated pipeline development, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The anticipated base salary is $151,000–$281,000 USD, with equity and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
