Description
Sierra is hiring a Horizon Product Engineer to build production systems and reusable infrastructure for long-horizon AI agents. The role covers feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, decisioning, orchestration, integrations, data, observability, multi-channel engagement, and the translation of validated solutions into durable product capabilities. Candidates should have at least two years of professional software engineering experience, strong platform and systems engineering fundamentals, and experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React.
