PROS is hiring a Software Engineer I for its Houston office to build, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Java-based product features in Azure cloud environments. The role involves fixing bugs, automating repeatable tasks, investigating deployment issues, collaborating with developers, DevOps, support, and infrastructure teams, and supporting end-user troubleshooting. Candidates need 0–2 years of software development experience, object-oriented programming knowledge, REST API knowledge, agile development experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree, SaaS delivery experience, monitoring tools, scripting, and React or JavaScript experience are preferred.
