Description
Neo4j is hiring a Software Engineer - Identity and Access Management to architect, implement, and manage enterprise IAM strategies for AuraDB. The role involves IAM roadmap planning, authentication and authorization frameworks, SSO integrations, access-control policies, zero-trust security, compliance, and collaboration with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders. Candidates need 7+ years of backend or software engineering experience, IAM system familiarity, Python or GoLang experience, and experience with at least one major cloud provider; Kubernetes and 3+ years of professional IAM experience are preferred.
