First Community Credit Union is hiring a Software Engineer II for its Copperfield headquarters in northwest Houston. The role independently designs, develops, supports, and troubleshoots core financial-system applications and medium-to-large projects, including platform integrations and internal applications hosted in the credit union's data center and Azure environments. It is a senior individual-contributor and technical-advisor position focused on C# and .NET front-end and back-end development, with guidance responsibilities for Software Engineer I's. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, at least five years of C# and .NET application development experience, and experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, REST and SOAP services, and mobile applications.
