Description
Swap is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build cost observability and usage-tracking tooling for LLM and agent workloads, develop internal guardrails and developer tooling, evaluate AI tools and vendors, write production code and automated tests, review peers’ code, own end-to-end project delivery, and establish AI usage best practices. The role requires at least two years of professional software engineering experience, experience owning mid-sized features or projects, distributed data systems, feedback loops, metrics, testing, and CI/CD or developer tooling; LLM, agentic tooling, AI cost observability, or internal developer platform experience is a bonus.
