Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is hiring a Software Engineer II, AI Performance for its Reliability Insights team. The role designs and maintains automated feedback and evaluation pipelines that measure AI agent and anomaly-model performance in production, including precision, recall, model drift, ground truth, incident correlation, and mean time to mitigation. Responsibilities include building data pipelines, APIs, metrics layers, dashboards, and end-user feedback mechanisms, while partnering with SRE, product, and platform engineering teams.
