Description
Amazon is seeking a Software Engineer to define and build the Associate Context & Insights platform, which creates a continuously evolving representation of customer-service associates from signals across the associate lifecycle and makes that context reusable across CS products. The role defines the platform architecture, establishes engineering standards, delivers incremental products, and partners with Engineering, Applied Science, Business Intelligence, UX, Operations, Routing, Workforce Planning, and senior leaders. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, experience with complex delivered software systems, and experience with a modern object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or C#; machine learning and LLM knowledge is preferred.
