CoStar Group is hiring a Software Engineer II to design and build modern web applications for its Web Enterprise team, including proprietary CRM tools and sales and research platforms. The role focuses on React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, AI-powered software solutions, intelligent agents and workflows, reusable UI components, testing, code reviews, and mentoring. It is based in Richmond, Virginia, with an office schedule Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of production front-end development experience, and familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures. Base compensation is $108,000 to $140,000 annually, and visa sponsorship is not available.
