interface.ai is hiring a Software Engineer II to own production software modules end-to-end, including design, development, evaluation, quality, and weekly releases to live financial institutions. The role focuses on building with LLMs, steering agents, and creating evaluation harnesses to verify model output in a regulated fintech environment. Candidates should have 2–5 years of professional experience, strong product and LLM experience, and a rigorous approach to model verification.
