Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer II to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems supporting AI-powered voice agents, multimodal intelligence, and agentic experiences across Microsoft products. The role involves developing platforms that extract insights from voice, video, screen sharing, and meeting interactions; contributing to scalable, reliable, secure, and observable services; collaborating with product, data, design, and partner engineering teams; and owning features from design through production deployment and operations.
