Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer II for its Windows + Devices Fundamentals team to design and operate backend services and data pipelines that analyze telemetry, diagnostics, and other large-scale device signals. The role owns well-scoped engineering systems, investigates metric movements and service issues, develops automation and diagnostic workflows, and contributes to reliability, security, observability, and operational practices.
