Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer II for its Agent 365 Foundation team to design, build, and operate storage services and resource-provider APIs on Azure Data Lake Storage and Cosmos DB. The role owns the service end to end, including architecture, code, deployment, on-call, live-site health, and postmortems; partners with engineering teams to onboard scenarios; and drives cost and performance engineering. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least two years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 102,100 to USD 202,200 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
