VRC is hiring a Software Engineer II to develop and deploy secure, scalable software for financial modeling, portfolio valuation, risk analytics, and client reporting. The role owns small projects from requirements through deployment, integrates third-party financial platforms and APIs, supports cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, and collaborates with business, consulting, and technology teams. Candidates need 2 to 4 years of software application development and support experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, backend and frontend technology proficiency, strong SQL and data modeling skills, cloud and container experience, and familiarity with application security and RESTful APIs.
