Fisher Dynamics is hiring a Software Engineer - II focused on backend and core systems to architect and develop its custom ERP platform from the ground up. The role covers financial core modules, database and API architecture, cloud deployment, CI/CD, security, and integration of AI/LLM capabilities for anomaly detection, fraud prevention, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliation. Candidates must be local to the Metro Detroit area, with relocation unavailable, and need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4–6 years of production software engineering experience, including ERP or financial-systems development.
