Abnormal AI is hiring a Software Engineer II, Backend for its Federated Intelligence Platform team in India. The role focuses on designing and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and distributed systems; managing OpenSearch and federation reliability; owning complex features from design through production; maintaining SLAs/SLOs; and supporting on-call operations. The position requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, distributed-systems expertise, experience with Golang or Python, AWS, Spark, Kafka, OpenSearch or DynamoDB, Airflow, observability tools, agile practices, and a BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
