Rippling is hiring a Software Engineer II (Backend / Full Stack) for its App Components Team. The role focuses on building and scaling backend services, APIs, data models, and distributed systems using Python, Golang, Kafka, Flink, and AWS, while also contributing React and React Native frontend code. The engineer will own product initiatives, collaborate with Product and Design, and deliver well-tested, maintainable software. The position requires at least three years of professional software engineering experience and prefers experience with Django, MongoDB, and AWS.
