Pantheon is hiring a Software Engineer II to build full-stack features for a real-time, collaborative content platform. The role involves backend services, APIs, frontend systems, technical design, code quality, collaboration with product and design, and integrating AI tooling. Candidates need 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, full-stack production experience, modern API knowledge, cloud-native experience, JavaScript/TypeScript and a backend language, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and active AI development experience. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a base salary of 103,206–129,008 CAD per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
