Credit Acceptance is hiring a Software Engineer II, Data to design and build scalable, reliable, and observable data models and pipelines across batch and streaming architectures. The role partners with stakeholders on data requirements and integration, develops tests and documentation, troubleshoots production issues, and applies data engineering best practices. It is primarily a remote position with occasional travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of data engineering experience, and proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark, databases, and related data platforms.
