InstaLILY is hiring an AI Platform Software Engineer to develop and improve its AI platform, collaborate with product, design, business development, and growth teams, translate enterprise customer workflows into shipped features, and maintain quality through testing and CI/CD. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of software engineering experience, backend and web-stack fluency, system-design knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is based in New York or San Francisco with five days per week in the office, and offers a $120,000–$140,000 annual salary plus equity and benefits.
